Peaches and KALE

Yummy add some Kale spinach what ever greens you have even lettuce works folks then slice up some fresh summer peaches organic hopefully
Recipe type: Shake, Smoothie, Breakfast, Snack, Drink
Serves: 1
Ingredients
2 fresh peaches, peeled
Kale handful
½ banana
1 cup vegan milk (coconut milk, soy milk, almond milk)
1 cup ice
1 tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup
Instructions
Using a blender or immersion blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.

Makes 1 large shake
