Peaches and KALE

Yummy add some Kale spinach what ever greens you have even lettuce works folks then slice up some fresh summer peaches organic hopefully

Recipe type: Shake, Smoothie, Breakfast, Snack, Drink

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh peaches, peeled

  • Kale handful

  • ½ banana

  • 1 cup vegan milk (coconut milk, soy milk, almond milk)

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Using a blender or immersion blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

Makes 1 large shake
